Regardless of their unique abilities and practices, all great teachers have one thing in common -- they know their talents and they leverage them in the classroom. Participants in Strengths 101 will learn to define their top five strengths as assessed by the Clifton StrengthsFinder and apply their strengths in the classroom through strengths-based principles, concepts, and practices.
